Job description:we live in a period property that has had revisions made in stages over time. we have a potterton boiler that has been serviced regularly. our boiler is sited in our current dining room. we are at the scoping stage of a kitchen diner extension project at our house, which should involve moving the boiler to a utilty area. we have 3 wcs and 1 bathroom in the house. in the future, (like a good c. 2 - 5 years), we want to add another shower and an en-suite. we have a lot of pipework running around the house, which is at a mix of depths (e.g. some radiator pipes are 15mm some appear to be 22m). we want someone to service our boiler, providing the appropriate certification we want someone to quote for updating our central heating system, ensuring it caters for our future needs. we expect to progress with item 1 following a meeting we will only accept quotes from appropriately certified heating professionals.
