I have about 10 seconds of hot water before it turns completely cold. in City and Hunslet

Job description:The appliance is a Range 140 Comb electric fitted boiler. I have been experiencing showers that are intermittently hot and cold, however it now comes through hot for a brief time and then turns cold. The emersion heater appears to be heating the water and the pipes are hot but once the shower is on the pipes turn very quickly cold.
