Job description:My gas boiler conks-out after a couple of hours of use. It is a Myson Fanfare of indeterminate ago (probably at least 10yrs old) and it makes no other noises or smells. It works fine for the first couple of hours, then it simply stops working and we have no heating. I can hear the external pump still running (so the controller thinks the boiler should be running) but the boiler itself does not fire-up.
