Job description: I have an Ideal HE30 Condensing Combie Boiler. Approx two weeks ago I noticed water coming from the excess water pipe (next to the flue) that protrudes from my house. I was away for the next week, switched the boiler off, on returning switched it back on?it fired up that night, but the next day, Saturday 21 April, it would not fire up. There is nothing on the display, no error code. The boiler will not relight. Nothing. The boiler is in one upstairs room with decent access. Therefore, the work involved will be to analyse and repair the boiler. Thanks
