Job description:1. Advice on whether we need a repair or to make adjustments. 2. If we need a repair, a repair. Our Baxi combi boiler is producing hot water erraticly, running cold after a couple of minutes and increasingly refusing to return to hot water. The problem has been getting worse, rather than just a sudden change. The overflow pipe has been dripping a lot in the past couple of weeks.
