Central heating / water system needs an overhaul as not functioning properly. in Belmont

Job description:Have to run shower until water pressure is at full before I can get hot water in kitchen. Plus recently the shower is often cold and is only guaranteed to be hot if heating is on (despite being an electric shower and having gas heating). Need someone to look at the system and resolve the problems. Heating timer also doesn't work. This is in a 2nd floor, 2 bed flat.
