Boiler Worcester 28CDi needs repair in Belmont

Job description:I have boiler Worcester 28CDi (installed 3 years ago). Problem with domestic hot water. Heating works ok. When I open hot water tap, the boiler starts up as normal and it works for 5-10 sec, water becomes warmer. But then the boiler stops (burner light on cotrol panel goes off), water becomes colder. Then boiler burns up again and stops in 10 sec. Boiler continues this cycle (on and off every 7-10 sec) and water never becomes hot. Please advise what the problem is, boiler spare costs and your work charges. Thanks Michael
