Orcester greenstar junior boiler restart button flashing with blue power button, not working. in Droylsden

Job description:Worcester Greenstar junior. Blue power button and reset button flashing. Held reset button for 10 seconds. Green burner light not on. Tried warming pipes incase frozen but they seem Ok as I can increase water pressure. Sounds like it tries to start but doesnt.
