Full central heating & other in Middleton

Job description:Just purchased a 2 bed house in Middleton, house requires following work. 1. Full central heating system (24kw) + 4 or 5 rads (none currently in the house) 2. Fire capping off and removal. 3. Pipes putting in to out-house (unsure if this is possible?) 4. Removal of existing tanks The house currently has no central heating at all including no pipe work, we would prefer the boiler to be sited in the kitchen or the out-house. We would also like to know if it is possible to put a water pipe and a waste pipe in the out house so the washing machine and dish washer can be sited out there as the kitchen is not very big. The living room has a normal gas fire, we would like this to be removed and capped off or have the gas pipe running to the fire removed. At this stage we do not mind having the walls dug out to remove the gas pipe as the walls are going to be plastered. Also we would like the removal of the existing water tank and the hot water tank.
