Job description:The connection of one of the wires to the heating element of the cyclinder broke. There was a metal spade with a screw connected to a 2inch pin coming from the tank,which connected the neutral wire, which broke off. The wiring has been connected to an element 1/2 way up the tank but this provides less hot water. I need the connection at the bottom of the tank repaired.
