Job description:Semi-detatched house. Upstairs/downstairs. Existing system runs from Baxi boiler on kitchen wall (vent to outside). Never use the gas fire in the living room so would like this removed - possibly update existing radiator in living room so fire unnecessary. 3 upstairs bedrooms require heating. Downstairs bathroom, hall and kitchen - the existing kitchen radiator can stay if compatable - as can those in the bedrooms. Ground floor concrete so all pipework has to be on middle floor and fed down.
