Combi boiler switchover in Blakelaw

Job description:We would like a quote to install a new Potterton boiler including removal of our current Alpha boiler located in a kitchen cupboard. The installer has to be Gas Safe registered. We're not sure if we are getting a A or B rated boiler yet (28kw and 30kw respectively). The two that we have seen though are both Potterton. If I go for the B rated boiler, do we still get a Gas Safe certifiate?
