Job description:We have recently had an offer accepted on a house (completion is scheduled for 23 September). We want the boiler and heating system checked before we complete and are looking for an estimate as to any essential work which is required to be down before we move in. (Please note - Our budget will depend on the work which needs doing so please disregard the reference to budget below.)
