Tempremental boiler - new heat exchanger and fan perhaps? in Ouseburn

Job description:*Alpha combi boiler. *hot water doesn't work when heating is on or has been on in the 3 hours before the hot water is required and then appears to run out and doesn't really get that hot *flu/fan light often remains on for about 15 minutes before the pilot light comes on. I need someone to say whether these two problems (i.e. the fan and the head exchanger can be fixed without getting a new boiler.
