Job description:To replace existing boiler located in the kitchen with a combi boiler to be housed in the airing cupboard derictly above in the bathroom. This is where the hot water tank is currently to be found. The existing boiler is next to an outside wall and has a flu connected to a chimney. The house is a 1930's house so the flu may contain asbestos.
