No hot water in Westgate

Job description:Boiler is Santon Premier Plus unvented, model number PPI5OE. Turned on hot water after being away, didn't work. Noticed the switch in the fuse box for the immersion heaters was off, switched that back, turned hot water off and back on again but that made no difference.
