Job description:Old Baxi Boiler has been condemned and I need a replacement as my home is a Foster home and needs local authority compliance. As the job needs doing I would like to replace with a more economical combi boiler please. Boiler is for heating central heating system (radiators already plumbed in to current system) and hot water.
