Job description:Remove back boiler and hot water cylinder and (possibly install a modern fire) A or B grade Condensing or Combi Boiler and also remove existing power shower (carefully) and replace with a good quality Combi or condensing boiler to privately owned, former council property on the Broadlands estate Heating and hot water are currently supplied by a gravity fed back boiler system but now needs fairly urgent replacement We are hoping for removal of the HW tank and installation of a combi or condensing boiler to the same space and any intermediary pipework to make the job good. Are also happy to consider extended quotes to include the removal and installation of a fire in the space left by the back boiler removal. Also existing power shower will need replacement as it won't suit a more modern water and central heating system If you quote please would quote for: Replacement boiler & Pipework Replacement boiler, pipework and removal and installation of computable shower Replacement boiler, pipework and removal and installation of computable shower and installation of living flame fire in space left by removal of the back boiler as three separate elements.
