Job description:Initial survey of existing conventional flu system including radiators and pipework. No current problems but boiler getting old and noisy. Interested in upgrading to Combi boiler system and including a decent shower to replace existing electric shower. Eliminating loft tanks. Property is a 2 bedroom det. bungalow but we are shortly to extend. This will need to be factored into scheme.
