Hot water cylinder replacement & timer / thermostat rewiring. in Headlands

Job description:Have posted a job about rewire already. Got one quote but tradesman discovered leaking hot water cylinder also needs replacing. Would like more quotes for both jobs: 1. Our thermostat overrides the timer control such that in winter the heating is always on - this is a wiring problem (both thermostat and control box are brand new). 2. Our hot water cylinder appears to be leaking & needs replacing. The house has just been rewired so mess is not an issue and we will be happy to help in draining the system. This Friday would be an ideal time for the work to be carried out as we have the day off work (a rarity). Thanks, Hannah
