Boiler not firing up in Bacton

Job description:We turned the heating off when we went away on holiday. On return we turned it back on but nothing happened. Also the immersion heater still heats the water but hot water not coming through to ensuite shower. Also we have a leaking kitchen tap which needs a new washer.
