Boiler not firing up. in Costessey

Job description:Boiler is not igniting and reset light is on (does not ignite when reset button is pushed). Subsequently neither the heating or hot water is working and there seems to be a clicking noise coming from possibly the pump in the cupboard with the hot water tank and heating controls. The pump is also very hot to touch.
