Fault with Halstead Ace High in Bilborough

Job description:We have a 5 year old Halstead Ace High. The problem lies with the hot water, when the heating is on we cannot seem to get hot water. The burner may be off between heating cycles, but when we turn the tap on the burner kicks in then kicks out about 5 seconds later and then the power light flashes on and off. If we haven't had the heating on for over 15 minutes usually we don't have this problem. We need the problem resolving, it happens about 75% of the time
