Maxi combi boiler check and some maintenance in Bridge

Job description:When we had our combi boiler installed a few years ago the 'overflow pipe' was not fitted and the flue outside is too near the window. We also need the boiler servicing as British gas will not maintin unless these are completed. We would like all jobs completed in one go if possible.
