Job description:BAXI Bahama 100 Condensing Boiler needs work. Not Supplying consistent Hot water to upstairs shower. May need a new flow switch and PCB board. There is a faint smell of gas when the unit is first run in the morning. Boiler approx 7ys old. Currently boxed in but will be fully exposed for any inspection / work that needs to be carried out.
