Baxi Combi instant 105e. CH works fine, hot water doesn't. Works sometimes. Maybe diverter valve? in Lees

Job description:Baxi combi instant 105e. CH works fine, hot water doesn't. Sometimes it works for a couple of mins then runs cold. If water flow is low, hot water continues, if flow is high it goes cold. Have has 2 plumbers out in past but neither fixed it. I suspect the diverter valve or microswitch on top of but I am not qualified to tinker. Good access to boiler !
