Job description:Supply and install Gas Combi boiler in three-bed victorian terraced flat. New boiler will be in a new position, hence pluming and flue to suit will also be required. Old boiler works but similar to that used by Noah on the Ark. New one should be A rated for efficiency and with a DHW flow rate of more than 15l/min Fit TRV's to all radiators (total six). These will be individual room thermostats with boiler interlock (eTRV or similar) - can be supply and install or install only. One radiator to relocate within the room. One new supply and return pipe to add for future loft conversion (wall will be chiseled out already, no need to fill afterwards).
