Boiler has stopped working and won't relight. in Hinksey Park

Job description:Yesterday the boiler depressurised. Bled radiators and repressurised and relit. Worked till 11 last night but didn't relight this morning and won't be lit manually. Pressure gauge says 1 to 1.5 bar. Boiler makes an odd noise when turned on. Water has come out of the pipe at the back of the house at some point.
