Job description:No heating downstairs, but hot upstairs. HAve insurance with Brit Gas, they have checked the pump and a valve that allows either the hot water or heating or both to work. Now they say I need to get the system flushed through and any blockages cut out and repaired, but this is not covered by the insurance.
