Job description:2 radiators not working (upstairs). BG came out for a look before xmas, conclusion was that the pipes back to the manifold must be blocked/ twisted, flow is getting to them but not back to the manifold-> boiler. Have tried to get hold of plans to find out where the manifold is located but haven't been able to. BG advised against using pressure to try and unblock, don't want to try that as concerned about making worse with a leak. In addition to finding the problem, making good/ replacing floors & carpet is important
