Gloworm boiler pump in Lytchett Matravers

Job description:Glowork 50FF boiler. Pump runs several hours after timer has shut down the boiler. I have replaced the Zonevavle in case it was the microswitch. I now wonder if there is a problem with the pump overrun controller/thermostat on boiler itself.
