Job description:Heating won't come on although hot water is working. Boiler has been turned off and on (this worked last time) and doesn't sound like it's firing up. LCD on the timer unit is not working although the red lights are on to indicate the central heating and hot water are on. There is a green light on the temp dial to indicate the temperature has not been reached.
