Job description:Remove old Valliant combination boiler from bathroom and replace with new Glow-Worm Flexicom 30. New route needs to be made for external flue because of new regulations, but existing gas pipes meet present regulations and there is no problem with waste drain. I would also be looking for a yearly service and Landlord's certificate if you are interested. Thanks!
