Job description:We have an Ideal Isar HE24 Combi boiler that is successfully heating the house, however failing to provide much (sometimes no) hot water. It could be either the diverter valve or heat exchange plate that needs looking at. We have checked the radiators and there are no cold spots, and have also bled them so there is no trapped air in the system. The boiler was fitted new about 5 years ago and is wall mounted in the kitchen. We need a qualified GasSafe engineer to look at the boiler, identify the problem, and fix it!
