Control not communicating with gas boiler & annual service (+ certificate) in Calverley and Farsley

Job description:The boiler is working as is heating the water, but isn't heating the house. Don't think the control (Salus RT500RF) is communicating with the boiler. Would also like to get a full/annual gas boiler service and safety check (& certificate) from a Gas Safe registered engineer. Boiler model: Ferroli Optimax HE PLUS 31C and was installed July 2009. Looking to to do this ASAP (tonight/this weekend if possible). Thank You!
