Replace combi Boiler & radiators of central heating system in 3 bed town house. in Caversham

Job description:We have a 18ish year old combi boiler for heating water & central heating radiators the same age. We'd like to put a "designer" (not too expensive) radiator in the lounge as the current radiator is behind a settee. The bathroom radiator doesn't need replacing but ever since we had it put in 2 years ago the overflow pipe has dripped outside so something needs doing to stop that. Advice required regarding state of other radiators but we think the one in the small bedroom definitely needs replacing. Pipe work seems to be OK but need honest & reliable advice about it all. BTW I'm over 60 so would we be elibile for discounts of boiler & scrappage scheme?
