Job description:A Boiler replacement in old 3 bedroomed cottage. Boiler in garage - pipes need insulation. Some work on electric supply needed. An electronic timer/thermostat inside the house fitted. Boilers needed to be high quality - Bosch or Baxi Duo-tec, Potterton Gold C24 or Vaillent eco-tec. Change radiator to towel rail in bathroom
