Job description:We want to replace an old back bopiler in our dining room. We would like to remove the old boiler and the gas fire which fronts it so that we can use the fireplace as storage. We would like to re-site the new boiler into the airing cupboard in our bathroom (which has an extarnal wall). We live in a small terraced house, and don't need extra radiators etc.
