Job description:The problem is seemingly multifold: JOB WILL NEED A QUALIFIED CORGI ENGINEER WITH ELECTRICAL ALSO and PLUMBING. 1. When Immersion Heater is on water bolis and bolis in tank. 2. Leaks coming fro tank upstairs 3. Overflow pipe seems to have been routed back into tank and need to be re-routed outside Job needs doing asap as no hot water and have to boil drinking water.
