Job description:A few small leaks are causing a headache - unvented heating, converted less than 2 years ago from gas to electric boiler at which point the pressurised expansion vessel was added. Maybe it's just a case of 'nipping up' for some of them, but the towel rail in bathroom may need the leaking valve replacing/repairing. Not an old radiator, 5 years or so. A quick visual of the heating set in the loft too; confirm that the pump is working fine.
