Job description:Issue with temperature of Radiators. The house is a large victorian detached house eith four bedrooms, an ensuite and bathroom on first floor, 3 reception rooms, two kitchens and an annex of several small rooms. The rads upstairs are hottish, but not red hot to the touch. The rads downstairs are warm at top and cool at the bottom and not hot to the touch. The average temp as per the stat in the hall at present is only 19 degrees. If the heating has been on since 5am and the house feels cold Radiators are:- X2 double rads lounge Double and single rad hallway Double rad gnd bedroom Single rad gnd bed ensuite Double rad dining room X2 double rad kitchens Double rad in each 1st floor bed =4 Single rad master ensuite 14 in total The system usualy get air in it over the summer and some strategic bleeding usually resolves the issue although this has not been as effective (not been enacted) this winter. The house is rented and all quotes etc should be sent to the landlord who posted this job.
