Job description:Existing gas boiler is very old and is going out sometimes. It is currently in the kitchen with the hot water tank in a cupboard on the landing. Would like to replace the existing gas boiler and hot water tank with a condensing combi boiler for CH+HW. Also relocate the boiler from the kitchen to the cupboard where the hot water tank currently is.
