Install central heating - combi boiler- hot water to kitch & bath4 to 5 rads. 1st floor fl in Kedermister

Job description: Looking at the possiblity of installing Central heating (new installation.) Wet central heating via radiators, powered by combination gas boiler. Central heating radiators in the Lounge, Bedrooms 1 and 2, and hall (poss Kitchen or bathroom) - 4/5 rads. Combination gas boiler also to provide instant hot water to the bathroom and kitchen. Decommission the Sadia AND storage heaters and make safe 1st floor flat, 2 storey building (block of four - 2 up 2 down) concrete floor,Loft. I have 5xradiators (uninstalled) plus valves that are prob useable. Rough idea of cost/timetable would be useful.
