Hot water tank not heating up water in Langley

Job description:It is a fairly new boiler, less than 3 years old. Monday morning we ran out of hot water, and it hasn't heated up since. We've been advised by the installers to buy 2 new immersion heaters to replace the existing ones. I have the immersion heaters, and need someone to fit them into the hot water tank.
