Job description:I am purchasing my new house, but from the home survey done, the heating and hot water system needs an overhaul. The house has the old style cold water tank in the loft. There is a gas fired back boiler which has inadequate ventilation. Gas central heating is poor. I would like an approximate costing for a complete upgrade to the gas central heating system in my new house. I would like a quality boiler installed, along with modern pipes as well as removing the old system. I am very serious to proceed but require an approximate costing to this project. Thank you.
