Job description:Move gas combi boiler from airing cupboard on 1st floor in the bedroom to the ground floor kitchen. Other possible jobs include: 1) fit extractor fan in the kitchen 2) fit extractor fan in the bathroom 3) removal of the airing cupboard and all the unnecessary pipework and make the place good (e.g. plaster if necessary).
