Job description:first floor maisonnete. non central heating . would like to replace current inefficient heating with an unvented tankless heating sytem to service one kitchen sink one bathroom washbasin and one bath.This is a modification . I am unsure as to which brand/model to use.either neptune or heatrae megaflow eco125dd.
