Two upstairs radiators have suddenly stopped working, rest of house radiators like toast in Cowbit

Job description:Have tried bleeding, then removed TRVs on both radiators and pins are moving up and down. Shut down rest of radiators in house and turned heating on again, still cold. When turned rest of radiators back on they got warm starting at TRV end. Bled the two radiators that are not working again (removed ltrs from both whilst keeping boiler topped up). Both started to warm up from the non-TRV end??
