Job description:2 bed bungalow in Pinchbeck, just been bought, has 30 year old floor boiler in kitchen, replace with new condensing boiler that will fit inside a 600mm kitchen wall unit (eg Pottern Promax 15HE). Flush old system through. Optional work - 1. we would like a new towel radiator fitted in a shower room off the kitchen. 2. replace all the old radiators (6?), and associated pipework (currently microbore) with standard 15mm pipework (solid floors though)
