Electric boiler is not working in Reddish

Job description:I have a Direct 20 RD unvented water heater made by OSO. The boiler has stopped working- I think that this mat be related to the wall switches - there are two.One of the switches started to make a sizzling noise and I stopped using it a few months ago. I contnued using the other switch but now the boiler is not working anymore.
